The first step to enrolling is to complete the application form and submit it as far in advance as possible. This will insure that there will be space available for you within the selected timeframe. Your completed application must be accompanied by the bank confirmation of payment of the non-refundable application fee of 100.00 euro (one hundred euro), which is part of the participation fee. No application will be processed until this fee is received. In addition, you should include a photo and a copy of your passport page(s), which contain the information as follows: full name, date of birth and birthplace, citizenship, country of residence, passport number and date of issue. Upon receiving your application package and the application fee, we will e-mail you a confirmation of your acceptance for the program and we will apply for an official letter of invitation, which you will need to obtain your Russian visa at the Russian consulate in your country.
